I want to thank you for your guidance these past weeks.  I really feel sooooo much better.   I have tried for years to kick the sugar and gluten, it has never happen until now!!
I feel I will stay with eating the Paleo way.   I think what helped me was to follow the recipes as given in the 21 day meal planner.  Eating out maybe a challenge but I know falling
back into the old rut will not be beneficial to my health....My digestion is better and that is a big plus!

What the program entails

The program launches on the first of every month (unless otherwise noted).  We will have 3 meetings: 

Meeting 1:  about 5 days before the launch to talk about why sugar is troublesome, and how to prepare for the Detox  

Meeting 2:  Between days 2-5 of the Detox to talk about progress, challenges and practical tips for success.

Meeting 3:  Between days 15-18 of the Detox to talk about progress, challenges, and biology of sugar, and how to ease out of the detox.

You will need to purchase the 21-Day Sugar Detox Daily Guide, by Diane Sanfilippo, available on Amazon.  You have the option of joining the official online group as well, for an additional $20.





 I discovered this summer I have lost over 17 pounds, and I'm still headed in the right direction!! I have added a few things back in but my mostly carb and sugar free lifestyle has left me with more energy and confidence!
